HAF Returns & Exchanges Policy
■ Returns Eligibility
- Faulty Items: If your item is faulty or damaged, we will exchange or refund it.
- Unopened Items: Products that are still sealed/packed can be returned.
- Clothing: We will exchange sizes if the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and with original
tags attached.
■ Costs
- Customers are responsible for return postage fees.
- We recommend using tracked delivery for your protection.
- Refunds or exchanges will only be processed once we receive and check the item.
■ How to Return an Item
1. Repack your item securely in its original packaging (if possible).
2. Send the parcel back using one of our approved methods:
- Evri (Hermes) ParcelShop or Locker – Tracked
- InPost Locker – Tracked
- Royal Mail Tracked Delivery
3. Keep your proof of postage & tracking number until your refund or exchange is
confirmed.
■ Exchanges
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned item has been received.
- If the requested exchange is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
■ Timeframe
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days of us
receiving the item.
■ Non-Returnable Items
- Used or damaged items (unless faulty).
- Clothing that has been worn, washed, or returned without tags.
- Clearance or final-sale items.
